DVSA recorded 28,154 car theory tests at Huddersfield between April 2025 and March 2026, of which 12,037 were passes and 16,117 were fails. The pass rate was 42.75%, against 44.84% across Great Britain. That is the 133rd highest pass rate of the 165 centres with enough tests to compare, and 8th of 11 in the Yorkshire and The Humber. Huddersfield is a high-volume centre, working through roughly 2,346 sittings a month.
